The Stem Cell Network’s Trainee Communication Committee is excited to host a skill development webinar led by Dr. Geoff Hicks, University of Manitoba, focused on improving abstract writing ability. Writing an abstract that effectively communicates the importance and impact of a research project is a key skill that will pay rewards across a range of research activities, including writing funding applications and manuscripts, as well as poster presentations for conferences. During this 30-minute webinar Dr. Hicks will provide insights and tips on writing a good abstract, and answer attendee questions. This webinar is highly recommended for all trainees who will be submitting abstracts for presentation at TMM2020!
